Policy Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all courses, batches and services offered by God of Graphics.
The purpose of this policy is to clearly define the rules for students and the institute in order to avoid
misunderstandings or disputes.
All students are advised to read and understand this policy carefully before taking admission.

Registration / Admission Fees

  • Registration or admission fees are non-refundable
  • These fees are charged for seat booking, documentation and administrative processes
  • Registration fees will not be refunded under any circumstances
  1. Cancellation Before Course Commencement
    If a student cancels admission before the course start date:
  • Registration fees will not be refunded
  • Administrative charges may be deducted from the total course fees
  • The refundable amount will be decided as per institute rules
  • Refund processing may take 7–15 working days
  • Refund requests will be processed only through a written application or official email request
  1. Refund Policy After Course Commencement
    (As per God of Graphics Refund Structure)
    God of Graphics allows limited refund even after the course has commenced, subject to institute-defined rules and
    calculations.
    Refund Calculation Factors:
    The following factors are considered while calculating the refund amount:
  • Number of days/classes attended by the student
  • Software, modules or subjects already taught to the student
  • Total course duration and total course fees
  • Mandatory administrative and documentation charges
    Refund Calculation Process:
  • Fees for the software or modules already learned will be deducted from the total course fees
  • Administrative charges are mandatory and non-refundable
  • Only the remaining balance will be eligible for refund
    Important Conditions:
  • Refund will be processed only after submission of a written application or official email request
  • Verbal or informal requests will not be considered
  • Refund is applicable for both full payment and EMI-based payments
  • Refund processing time is 5 to 7 working days
  • The institute’s refund calculation and decision shall be final and binding
    Students are not eligible to claim a full refund after course commencement.
  1. Refund Request Time Limit
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 1 Month from the course commencement date
  • Refund requests submitted after this time limit will not be considered
  • The institute reserves the right to deny late refund requests
  1. EMI / Installment-Based Payments
    If a student has opted for EMI or installment-based payment:
  • Delay in EMI payments may result in temporary suspension of classes or online access
  • Continuous default may lead to cancellation of admission
  • Refund of EMI payments will be processed strictly as per Point 4
  • Certificates will be issued only after full fee clearance
  1. Non-Refundable Items Clarification
    The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
  • Software license costs
  • Study materials, notes, PDFs, and recorded videos
  • Toolkits, learning resources, or third-party services
  • GST or any government-imposed taxes
  1. Batch Transfer & Course Change
  • Batch transfer or course change is allowed only with management approval
  • Fee difference may apply in case of course change
  • Refund is not guaranteed in case of course upgrade or downgrade
  • Additional charges may apply for batch transfer
  1. Institute-Initiated Cancellation
    God of Graphics reserves the right to:
  • Cancel a batch if the minimum number of students is not met
  • Change faculty, batch timings or schedules
  • Cancel or reschedule classes due to technical or unavoidable administrative reasons
    In such cases, appropriate alternatives will be provided; however, cash refunds are not guaranteed.
  1. Online Classes & Recorded Content
  • Once access to online classes or recorded content is provided, refunds will be limited and governed by Point

  • Recorded content remains the intellectual property of the institute
  • Unauthorized sharing, recording or misuse may lead to admission cancellation without full refund
  1. Misconduct & Policy Violation
    God of Graphics reserves the right to cancel admission without refund in cases of:
  • Misbehavior or indiscipline
  • Violation of institute rules
  • Software piracy or content misuse
  • Damage to institute property
  1. Final Decision Authority
  • All refund and cancellation decisions rest solely with the institute management
  • The management’s decision shall be final and binding
  • No verbal assurances will be considered valid for refund claims
