Refund Policy | God of Graphics

At God of Graphics, we strive to provide high-quality education and training in graphic design, animation, and digital arts. We value your trust and investment in our courses. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment.


1. General Policy

All fees paid for our courses (online or offline) are non-refundable once the payment is completed. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


2. Exceptions for Refund

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • The course has been cancelled or discontinued by God of Graphics before it begins.

  • The payment was made by mistake or duplicate transaction, and verified proof is provided.

  • The student has been wrongly charged due to a technical or payment gateway error.

In such cases, a refund will be processed after proper verification, within 7–10 working days.


3. No Refund After Course Access

Once you have received access to the course materials, attended classes, or downloaded any files/resources, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.


4. Course Transfer Policy

If a student wishes to switch from one course to another (of equal or higher value), the management may allow a course transfer at its discretion.
Any additional fee difference must be paid by the student.


5. Institute Rights

God of Graphics reserves the right to reject refund requests if:

  • The student violates class rules or code of conduct.

  • False or misleading information is provided.

  • The request is made after course access or certificate generation.


6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited only to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) used during enrollment.
We do not provide cash refunds under any condition.
