1. Electronic Record & Legal Notice

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules
thereunder as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various
statutes. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any

2. Publishing Rule (Rule 3(1))

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information
Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and

applicable policies incorporated herein by reference. By using or accessing the Platform you
accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected and have no force
or effect. These Terms may be modified by us at any time without prior notice. It is your

has agreed to become a user or buyer on the Platform. “Services” means the website, goods
(where applicable) and services provided through the Platform.

information. You are responsible for all acts done through your registered account.

Neither we nor third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness,

By initiating a transaction to avail Services, you enter into a legally binding contract with
the Platform Owner and are subject to any applicable policies relating to that transaction.

You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services you avail.

13. Indemnity

You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Platform Owner, its affiliates, group companies,
officers, directors, agents and employees from any claims, demands or actions (including
reasonable attorney’s fees) by third parties arising from your breach of these Terms or violation
of law or third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where performance is prevented
or delayed by a force majeure event beyond that party’s reasonable control.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Barmer, Rajasthan shall have
exclusive jurisdiction.
